Abstract
Methylobacterium sp. BTF04, a pink-pigmented psychrotolerant bacterium, was isolated from freshwater on Barton Peninsula of King George Island, Antarctica. Here, we report the assembled draft genome sequence of Methylobacterium sp. BTF04.
