Abstract
-
To investigate the change of paleo-ocean environment associated with Arctic climate changes on late quaternary, two core samples were taken from the Saint Anna Trough, which is located in Kare Sea in the Arctic. In the present study, the variation of total organic carbon and total nitrogen and C/N ratio reflect the relative conttributions of terrestrial organic matter and marine productivity related to paleo-climate change.
